ABOUT AUDIO SHOP
Welcome to Audio Shop where you will find audio related equipment, cabling, connectors, components, hardware and accessories and much more! Please note, Audioshop is an online store only, we do not have a retail store you can visit.

SHOPPING CART
At Audio Shop we have a simple shopping cart system that places your order with us via email. Upon completion of your order, you are given a unique Order/Shopper ID Number and a copy of the order is also emailed to you.

DELIVERY & FREIGHT
The shopping cart includes a standard freight charge that covers most orders of reasonable size/weight. If your order is physically small and will fit inside a courier bag, this will cost less than indicated (typically $5.00).

PLEASE ALLOW 7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.

PAYMENTS
You can pay for your order by Credit Card or Direct Credit/Cheque (NZ residents only). We will contact you with our bank info if paying by Direct Credit. Cheques should be made out to;

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITH THE CHEQUE.

Credit Cards payments are processed manually and your card is NOT charged until the goods are ready to ship.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Audio Shop has primarily been set up to service New Zealand customers, and some items we cannot ship overseas. Items only for sale in NZ are identified by this symbol . However we welcome overseas orders for any other items.

Note that we can only process credit cards in NZ Dollars but we have a handy Currency Convertor for you to check the cost in your currency.

Credit Card is the only method of payment for overseas orders. Note that New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST) is not applicable to overseas orders, and this will be deducted from the order total. Freight charges may need alteration depending on your location and the weight/size of your goods. We will advise you via email if the final amount to be charged to your Credit Card will be different to that shown on your order confirmation.
